Early Life and Background: Nicole Tepper
Born Nicole Bronish, she is an American executive who has kept most details of her early life private. No official public record confirms her exact birth date or birthplace. Based on available public context, her estimated age falls in the late 40s to early 50s as of 2026.
Public records and media coverage do not surface details about her upbringing, parents, or education background. She built her professional profile largely through executive work connected to Tepper Sports & Entertainment and her philanthropic efforts, rather than through a public media career.
Prior to her public role within the Carolina Panthers organization, Nicole Bronish maintained a low public profile. Her name became more widely recognized following her marriage to billionaire hedge fund manager David Tepper in 2019.
Nicole Tepper’s Career as Chief Administrative Officer of Tepper Sports
Nicole Tepper serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the organization that owns the Carolina Panthers NFL franchise and Charlotte FC of Major League Soccer. Her role as Chief Administrative Officer of the Carolina Panthers and related organizations places her in a genuine leadership position, not merely a ceremonial one.
In this role, she oversees administrative operations across the Tepper Sports portfolio. That covers two professional sports franchises, significant real estate development projects in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the organizational infrastructure supporting both teams.
David Tepper purchased the Carolina Panthers in 2018 for approximately $2.275 billion, making it one of the largest sports franchise sales in NFL history at the time. Nicole became a central part of the organization’s leadership structure after they married in 2019. Her work as administrative officer of Tepper Sports puts her at the table for decisions involving franchise management, real estate, and organizational planning.
Charlotte FC, which launched in MLS in 2022, added another layer of complexity to the Tepper Sports portfolio. Managing two professional sports franchises simultaneously requires substantial executive bandwidth, and Nicole’s role sits at the administrative core of that operation.
The David and Nicole Tepper Foundation’s Work in Education
Beyond her executive title, Nicole Tepper co-founded the David and Nicole Tepper Foundation alongside her husband. The foundation focuses on education, community development, and economic opportunity, with a particular concentration in the Carolinas region.
The David and Nicole Tepper Foundation has directed significant funding toward programs supporting under-resourced communities. A notable initiative under the foundation’s umbrella is the Tepper Scholars program, which supports students pursuing higher education who face financial barriers. The foundation’s commitment to education reflects a sustained, structured philanthropic effort rather than one-off charitable giving.
Nicole Tepper maintains an active leadership role within the foundation, not just a figurehead position. Public appearances and reporting around the foundation consistently reference both David and Nicole Tepper as co-leaders of its direction and giving strategy.
Community development work connected to the foundation has extended into workforce training and economic resilience programs. These align with broader goals around the Panthers’ stadium and development projects in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood.
How Nicole Tepper’s Individual Net Worth Is Estimated
Arriving at a reliable personal net worth figure for Nicole Tepper requires separating her individual financial profile from the much larger fortune of billionaire David Tepper. Forbes and Bloomberg have tracked David Tepper’s net worth at approximately $20 billion in recent years, tied primarily to Appaloosa Management, his hedge fund. That figure belongs to David Tepper’s independent financial record, not to Nicole as an individual.
Nicole Tepper does not operate a public company, disclose executive compensation, or publish financial filings in her own name. Her role as Chief Administrative Officer of Tepper Sports would carry executive-level compensation, but she has not made specific salary figures public.
Estimates for her personal net worth in the $5 million to $20 million range reflect a reasonable assessment of executive compensation over time, philanthropic leadership, and the financial context of being the wife of billionaire David Tepper. The real figure could differ significantly. Marital assets, private compensation arrangements, and shared financial structures can affect any spouse’s individual net worth in ways that public estimates cannot capture.
Nicole Tepper’s individual net worth should not be conflated with David Tepper’s $20 billion fortune. The two figures represent very different financial realities.

Marriage to David Tepper and Family Life of Nicole Tepper
Nicole and David Tepper married in 2019. The couple has not publicly confirmed having children together. David Tepper has three children from his first marriage to Marlene Resnick Tepper: Randi Tepper, Casey Tepper, and Brian Tepper. Nicole became a stepmother to his three children following their marriage.
David Tepper’s first marriage to Marlene Resnick Tepper ended in divorce before he and Nicole became a public couple. Marlene Resnick Tepper was his wife during the years he built Appaloosa Management into one of the most successful hedge funds in Wall Street history.
Together, they share a high-profile public life connected to sports, real estate development, and philanthropy in Charlotte. They appear together regularly at Panthers games and foundation events. Despite their public presence in Charlotte’s business community, both tend to keep personal and family details away from media coverage.
Nicole Tepper’s Financial Profile Within Sports Executive Circles
Spouses of major sports franchise owners rarely carry independently documented public net worths. Nicole Tepper’s situation reflects that pattern. Her personal estimated net worth reflects her own executive role and leadership record, not a calculated share of David Tepper’s Appaloosa Management or Panthers franchise value.
Among NFL franchise executives at the CAO level, compensation can range from several hundred thousand dollars annually to well above $1 million, depending on the organization’s size and complexity. The Tepper Sports portfolio, with two professional sports franchises and a major real estate development project, sits at the larger end of that complexity scale. That context supports a meaningful executive compensation figure, even without a specific salary on the public record.
What separates Nicole Tepper’s profile from a typical sports executive is the philanthropic scope. Co-leading a foundation with the giving scale of the David and Nicole Tepper Foundation requires organizational leadership that goes well beyond a standard CAO role.
Nicole Tepper’s Public Role and What It Says About Her 2026 Net Worth
Nicole Tepper is an American executive whose public profile centers on three pillars: leading administration at Tepper Sports, co-directing the David and Nicole Tepper Foundation, and serving as a visible partner in the Tepper family’s broader presence in Charlotte.
Her individual net worth in 2026 sits in uncertain territory, as it does for most executives whose finances are intertwined with a billionaire spouse’s larger empire. The $5 million to $20 million estimate reflects what the public record can reasonably support: executive-level compensation, foundation leadership, and the financial context of marriage to one of the wealthiest people in American sports.
Nicole Tepper continues to be one of the more active executive spouses in the NFL, holding a real operational title rather than a ceremonial one. That distinction matters when assessing her individual financial profile. Her role within Tepper Sports is not honorary. It is a working executive position at a multi-franchise sports and real estate organization worth billions.
Whether her personal net worth climbs closer to the high end of that range over time will depend on factors the public cannot fully see, including private compensation structures, personal investments, and how marital and organizational assets eventually get defined. For now, the public estimate reflects what the available record honestly supports.
